HYDERABAD: Perhaps reflecting the changing realities in Muslim society, the city on Friday welcomed four youngest 'muftia' (women mufti) in the world.
The 17-year-olds are amongst the 10 women who were declared passed and graduated as 'muftia' by the Jamiat-ul-Mominath, a deemed university in Hyderabad which conducts mufti and religious courses for women.
